the code
This started fully open source, and we're still proud of that. The repo is private for nowthough — contributions went quiet for a long stretch, and we'd rather be honest about that than keep a public repo nobody was pushing to.
The other half of it: we're building a lot right now — accounts, a shop, payments. That means real people's details flowing through the code, and a public repo is an easy place for a stray key or someone's order to end up. Closing the door felt like the respectful move.
Nothing else changed. The site is still free, the events are still open, and the code can go public again the moment it makes sense. Want in? Just ask in the group — we'll add you.

we don't. not yet anyway.
